Free college tuition for Puerto Ricans

Should Puerto Ricans get free college tuition? Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum seems to believe they should. What do you think? Why not for the rest of Floridians? What are your thoughts?

    It should be free for everybody not just certain nationalities and that if you want to go to college or a trade school I would pay more tax to do that but if u drop out u pay for the time you went to school
